Really impressed with this Qualcomm SDX55 5G USB Modem Dongle! I’ve achieved speeds of up to 300-500 Mbps download and around 40–50 Mbps upload in good network conditions. It works great with my OpenWrt/Raspberry Pi setup and is compact, reliable, and easy to use.

They are committing fraud and deceiving customers. This is not a 5G dongle; it is actually a 4G dongle. They have also clearly stated that they do not accept returns. I purchased the product, but they refused to accept my return as well. This is misleading and completely unfair to customers.
For future customers purchasing the dongle please refer to this review regarding carrier compatibility. We do not guarantee 5G or 5G speeds with carriers networks in India and have clearly mentioned it on our site. Testing by other customers have shown that the dongle works but we cannot gurantee it and do not accept returns for the same. In this case, we are working with the customer for a reasonable resolution but please do not purchase the dongle if you are not willing to take the risk.
Great little dongle, connected to the Jio network without issues. It supports various modes of operation, MBIM, RNDIS, and CDC. CDC is good for compatibility and serves as the default mode. If you want to use it with a Mikrotik device, switch to MBIM mode to get signal and other telemetry data.
In CDC mode, SSH access is available (credentials: root/oelinux123). From here, you can switch to MBIM mode by writing the desired product ID to a file.

To switch back to the original configuration, use adb shell to write the product ID 9063 (the original value) to the same file.
I was a bit surprised that the product didn't come with the required USB cable, and I had to purchase a USB 3.x cable separately. All the cables that I had were only capable of USB 2.0 speeds. These cables are good for the price if anyone is interested.

Another issue I encountered involves power: if connected directly to my Mac or my travel router (Cudy TR3000), the device is unstable and restarts every couple of minutes. I suspect it's power-related, as the device is unstable—restarting every couple of minutes—when connected directly to my Mac or my travel router (Cudy TR3000). It works fine, however, when connected via a powered USB-C dock. I ended up getting a powered USB 3 hub (Acer 4 port USB hub with USB-C power input) for my travel use case to ensure stability.

A must-have 5G dongle, regardless of whether you are a pro user or a home user. Works flawlessly with Jio and Airtel both and is able to provide healthy download/upload speeds. I have been using it as my primary source of internet for a few days now and I'm quite impressed with the stability and the lack of heating despite the long hours of use.
Will make for a great back-up internet option as well and when paired with a travel router, will prove instrumental in making my vacations (or anyone's, for that matter) a breeze🥹🥹
