Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Carriers

All shipments will be fulfilled via Blue Dart Air as our primary courier partner. In cases where the delivery pincode is not serviceable by Blue Dart Air, we will use Delhivery or DTDC as alternative carriers to ensure your order reaches you.

We offer Blue Dart Time Definite (TDD) to certain pin codes. If the service is not available to your pin code after you have placed the order we will refund the fee and ship via Blue Dart Air. We cannot guarantee delivery the next business day for TDD shipments and will only refund the fee after receiving a shipping refund from Blue Dart for the same.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST will be dispatched and picked up by our courier associate on the same day, subject to availability. Please note that same-day pickup may not always be possible due to operational constraints.

In certain cases beyond our control (such as courier unavailability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances), the pickup may not occur on the same day or the next day. If your shipment is not picked up within 7 working days from order placement, or if you request a refund before pickup, a full refund will be provided.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, shipments typically take 1 to 15 days to deliver, depending on your location and the courier service used. If you would like to request a refund during this timeline, a return charge of Rs. 300 will be levied.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Non-Delivery Report (NDR) Policy

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect customer details (such as wrong address, phone number, or name) or if there is a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) due to customer unavailability, the following will apply:

  • You will have 7 days from the date of return to contact us regarding re-delivery or resolution. 
  • If you do not contact us within this 7-day period, an automatic refund and a return fee of ₹300 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
  • If during the second attempt, the shipment is RTO or NDR due to the aforementioned reasons, or the customer opts for a paid return, the order amount will be refunded with a return fee of ₹500 levied to cover re-delivery and return costs.

Lost Shipments

In the unfortunate event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will process a full refund according to our standard refund policy. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a lost shipment claim. Refunds for lost shipments will be processed after verification with the courier partner and initiated from our end only after 15 working days have passed from the date of pickup.
