Cancellation policy

FREE CANCELLATION WINDOW

You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST): Must be cancelled before 12:00 PM (IST) on the same working day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST): Must be cancelled before 12:00 PM (IST) on the next working day

To request a free cancellation within this window, raise a ticket or contact us immediately at support@techtellectual.zohodesk.in during working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT

If your order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹300.00 will apply. This fee covers the shipping and handling costs incurred.

To cancel a shipped order:

  1. Raise a ticket or contact us at support@techtellectual.zohodesk.in with your order number
  2. We will process the cancellation and arrange for the return
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund the order amount minus the ₹300.00 cancellation fee

COURIER RETURN (UNDELIVERED ORDERS)

If you refuse delivery or the item is returned to us by the courier without being delivered, a cancellation fee of ₹300.00 will apply.

This fee covers:

  • Outbound shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Processing and handling

The refund will be processed as the order amount minus the ₹300.00 cancellation fee once we receive the returned item.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost during transit:

  1. Raise a ticket or contact us at support@techtellectual.zohodesk.in to report the issue
  2. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service only after 15 days has past from the date of pickup.
  3. A waiting period of 7 days is required for the courier investigation to complete
  4. After 7 days, if the package is confirmed lost, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees

REFUND PROCESSING

All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

WORKING DAYS

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. Cancellation requests received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
